The haute European and Russian cuisine of COCOCO restaurant based on organic seasonal products from local farmers and modern culinary techniques and run by Matilda Shnurovа, unites reinvented traditional recipes, familiar tastes and new textures, forms and combinations.
Every Cococo dish is a little personal story played out on a plate. Borshch turns into an artistic composition as a puzzle, dessert cleverly disguises under a fallen flower pot, pearl barley and smoked beef tar tare are hidden in a tin, and acorns turn into a true Russian version of Italian tiramisu. And immutable dishes, “pillars” of Russian cuisine are getting a new interpretation in chef’s hands, but never lose their significance. Strong infusions and refined exquisite wine list are perfect to match cuisine.

Chef Igor Grischechkin is one of the few young Chefs, who is really 'crazy' about the idea of reconstruction of Russian cuisine.
He fearlessly experiments with local products only, and sometimes transforms the dishes we know from our childhood and make them totally unexpected.
Russian cuisine by Grischechkin is not afraid of interpretation and even small loans from the rich world’s culinary heritage, while remaining faithful to the main principle - local and seasonal.
