After the very cold and unfriendly reception everywhere in Moscow and in St Petersburg it was like a breath of fresh air to walk into the W. All over the world that I have stayed at the W they seem to have a young helpful attitude.
The concierge arranged my car and guides perfectly. The position is very central within walking distance to the Hermitage and a lot of the sights. The rooms are modern and as a platinum Spg got a very special room.
Breakfast has a large variety of food. And the drinks lounge is good too. Great roof bar.
You won't go wrong with this hotel.
The only thing Russia needs is to mark their signs below in English. Both on the roads metros and museums. No One speaks any English.
